Para tanto, faz-se um resgate histórico do conceito do manto da proteção em relação à infância, destacando-se os padrões socioeducativos sob a vigilância dos espaços institucionais, em particular a escola. Destaca-se, a partir de Foucault, o significado das ilegalidades do bem e as ilegalidades do direito, na constituição do sistema judiciário. Busca-se dialogar com o papel do educador frente aos ‘indisciplinados”, como possibilidade de resistência através da pedagogia de Paulo Freire e do conceito de cotidiano, em Nilda Alves, para contemplar as possibilidades dos praticantespensantes. Fez-se relevante desvelar o conceito de raça no espaço educacional, em virtude de dados estatísticos apresentados pelo Sistema Nacional de Atendimento Socioeducativo - SINASE, indicando a prevalência de negros e negras em cumprimento de medidas socioeducativas. A metodologia etnográfica possibilitou, através das narrativas ficcionais, tecer discursos produzidos no cotidiano, com os encontros e desencontros daqueles “transgressores” e “indisciplinados” que depositam suas esperanças no espaço escolarizado. Trata-se de um trabalho que busca oferecer uma perspectiva a partir da qual, novas tessituras podem ser feitas, com alinhavos mais justos, numa permanente reinvenção cotidiana, que pode ser propiciada pela educação ambiental.This study was designed to bring about a discussion on the issue of the adolescents in compliance with socio-educational measures in the school environment. Therefore, a historical rescue of the concept of the protection mantle in relation to childhood is made, emphasizing the socio-educational standards in relation to the children under the supervision of the institutional spaces, in particular the school. From Foucault's point of view, the significance of the illegalities of the property and the illegalities of the law are highlighted in the constitution of the judicial system. The aim of this deconstruction is to dialogue with the role of the educator in relation to the "undisciplined", as a possibility of resistance through the pedagogy of Paulo Freire and the daily life, in Nilda Alves, to contemplate the possibilities of practicing/thinkers, in daily life. It was relevant to unveil the concept of race in the educational space, due to the statistical data presented by SINASE, indicating the prevalence of black youth in compliance with socio-educational measures. The ethnographic methodology enabled, through the narratives, to verify the discourses produced in the daily life, the encounters and break aways of those "transgressors" and "undisciplined" who put their hopes in the school environment.
