A existência do PPP é fundamental para a comprovação das condições especiais de trabalho, já que é por meio dele que o Instituto Nacional do Seguro Social (INSS) avalia se o trabalhador tem direito à aposentadoria especial. The PPP contains detailed information about the activities carried out by the worker, the harmful agents to which he is exposed and the protection measures adopted by the company. The existence of the PPP is fundamental for proving the special working conditions, since it is through it that the National Institute of Social Security (INSS) assesses whether the worker is entitled to special retirement. Without the PPP, proof becomes more difficult and subjective, subject to challenges and delays in the concession process. In addition, companies have the legal responsibility to issue and keep updated the PPP of their workers, under penalty of fines and labor lawsuits.
