Tem por objetivo pensar a Bildung em meio ao atual sistema mercantilista. O problema que se coloca é como se pode pensar a formação com vistas à autonomia do sujeito, dentro de um contexto em-si-mesmo antinômico de emancipação e de plena sujeição às demandas da qualificação rápida e eficaz para o mercado? A dissertação apresenta sua estruturação argumentativa em três capítulos. O primeiro capítulo contextualiza o cenário atual onde a universidade está inserida. Para tal, fim dividímo-lo em três momentos distintos: o enfraquecimento da instituição universidade devido o afastamento do estado, a ideia de uma mercadorização do conhecimento e, por último, em decorrência destes, a crise da universidade. No segundo capítulo, se analisa diagnósticos da época atual com relação à formação. Nosso principal referencial teórico é Theodor Adorno e a teoria crítica. A proposta é pensar, com Adorno, neste contexto do tecnicismo, do consumo e da instrumentalidade da razão, uma possibilidade de crítica a esta suposta hegemonia da racionalidade da eficácia. No terceiro capítulo discuti-se o problema da formação e dos possíveis caminhos a serem trilhados pela instituição Universidade, na tentativa de romper com o império da Halbbildung, da semiformação. Em tese o que propomos é um modelo de universidade capaz de ser crítica e inconformista.This study, of the nature of a theoretical research, lies in the field of philosophy of education. It has as its purpose the objective of reflecting upon the Bildung within the context of the present mercantilist system. The problem that it deals with is the following: how can we conceive the training for the autonomy of the subject carried out in a context which is in itself antinomic of emancipating and consits of the full subjection to the requirements for the quick and efficient qualification for the market? The dissertation presents its argumentative structure in three chapters. The first chapter contextualize the present scenario where the university is found. For that purpose, we have divided it in three distinct moments: the weakening of the institution university due to its separation from the state, the transformation of knowledge in a commodity and, finally, as a consequence of those, the crisis of the university. In the second chapter, we analyse the current diagnosis regarding training. Our main theoretical reference is Theodor Adorno and the critical theory. The proposal is to reflect together with Adorno - during this context of technicism, consumption and instrumentalization of the human reason – about a possiblity of criticism of this supposed hegemony of rationality and efficiency. In the third chapter, we discuss the training and the possiblities of different paths for the university, in an attempt to break with the supremacy of the Halbbindung (semi training).
