Verificamos como são negociadas as proteções com essas manifestações de violências. Partimos do pressuposto que não existe uma violência infantil, mas um conjunto de violências que precisam ser contextualizadas. A exclusão e inclusão constituem materialidade na postura do educador, marcado por fragmentações em sua formação e pela ausência do olhar interdisciplinar que inviabiliza o exercício das diferenças, que supera a noção de diversidade. As respectivas agressões são exibidas a partir das conceituações sobre as violências simbólicas, sistematizadas com as idéias de Bourdieu e Débarbieux, as concretas com os paradigmas de Maffesoli e Foucault e, as intermediárias, pautadas em estudos produzidos pelo Grupo Podis/Uniso. A interdisciplinaridade é também explorada como recurso metodológico, expondo a contextualização das instituições que abrigam crianças submetidas ao disciplinamento.. Realidade que dificulta uma infância que dissolve a solidez da concretude do mundo adulto preconizada por Larrosa.The research is based on interdisciplinary investigations about the culture of express and revealed violence on the integrals Infantile Education Centers (CEI) of SorocabaSP. We verified how are negotiated the protections with these manifestations of violence. We presuppose that there is not an infantile violence, but a conjunct of violences that needs to be contextualized. The exclusion and inclusion consist in materiality on the posture of the educator, pronounced by fragmentations on its formation and by the absence of the interdisciplinary look that makes the exercise of the differences not viable, which overcome the diversity notion. The respective aggressions are showed starting from the conceptions about the symbolic violences, systematized with the ideas of Bourdieu and Débarbieux, the concretes with the paradigms of Maffesoli and Foucault and, the intermediaries, lined on studies produced by the Podis/Uniso Group. The interdisciplinarity is also explored as a methodological resource, exposing the contextualization of the institutions that refuge children subordinated to the disciplinament.
