De forma geral, avaliar a efetividade da terapia neural como tratamento opcional dentro da medicina integrativa de canídeos domésticos e de forma específica, pesquisar sobre a eficácia da terapia neural dentro da medicina veterinária; verificar a quantidade de sessões necessárias para alta do paciente; e demonstrar que a terapia neural pode acabar sendo uma via primaria dentro da medicina integrativa. Revisão integrativa da literatura para análise e posterior discussão de resultados. Realizou-se a distribuição dos artigos contendo às informações referentes ao número do artigo, título do estudo, autores, revista e ano de publicação e objetivo. Pode-se verificar através do compilado de 10 estudos, a eficácia terapêutica da terapia neural quanto medicina integrativa na reabilitação do quadro de canídeos, que apresentavam no momento da iniciação terapêutica patologias de base que comprometiam a qualidade de vida e sobrevida dos mesmos. Através do compilado de estudos utilizados nessa revisão integrativa, observou-se que a terapia neural se destaca por ser uma técnica intrínseca das terapias integrativas, que atualmente ainda é pouco utilizada do Brasil, mesmo que apresentem efeitos de atuação benéfica sobre um alargado número de caninos na presença de patologias de base.Neural Therapy considers the existence of a mutual influence between environment, body, mind and emotions, which together cause an impact between the pathological and physiological process, through the use of doses of specific anesthetics, such as procaine, which act on cellular repolarization. and promotes localized self-regulation and the consequent remission of signs and symptoms. The articles were distributed containing information regarding the article number, study title, authors, journal and year of publication and objective. It can be verified through the compilation of 10 studies, the therapeutic effectiveness of neural therapy and integrative medicine in the rehabilitation of canids, which presented basic pathologies at the time of therapeutic initiation that compromised their quality of life and survival.
