O objetivo geral é a compreensão de como as narrativas encontradas no canal das TED Talks e TEDx Talks, especificamente com o tema de morte, são estruturadas e se podem ser inspiracionais. Metodologicamente, realizou-se uma pesquisa bibliográfica, além de uma pesquisa exploratória para a escolha do corpus e, por último, uma análise das narrativas embasada na discussão teórica, embasada nos autores: Vilém Flusser, Edgar Morin, Boris Cyrulnik, Antônio Damásio, Luiz Gonzaga Motta, Vander Casaqui e Míriam Cristina Carlos Silva. Ao final, foi realizada a análise da narrativa sob dois vieses: da morte e do afeto. Foi possível perceber que o ser humano pode ser afetado em diversos graus e níveis, de acordo com a construção do seu mundo interior, individual e subjetivo, um ecossistema no qual acontecem as representações das emoções e sentimentos e que, ainda assim, poderá ser um gatilho mental e que provocará reações, sendo um destes, possivelmente, inspiracional.This thesis has as its theme the understanding related to the construction of narratives about death in the TED Talks channel or TEDx Talks, and consequently, what are the narrative strategies used so that they can be considered inspiring narratives and, at the same time, how and from what way these narratives work and develop the theme of affect. The general objective is to understand how the narratives found on the TED Talks, TEDx Talks channel, specifically with the theme of death, are structured, and whether they can be inspirational. Methodologically, it begins with a survey of the research corpus, state of the art and composition of the theoretical for the reasons and for the conclusion with the analysis of the narrative chosen as the research corpus and that will be able to respond to the proposed objectives. To fulfill the purpose of this research, the theoretical framework is based on the authors: Vilém Flusser, Edgar Morin, Boris Cyrulnik, Antônio Damásio, Luiz Gonzaga Motta, Vander Casaqui and Míriam Cristina Carlos Silva. In the end, the analysis of the narrative was carried out under two biases: death and affection. It was possible to perceive that the human being can be affected in different degrees and levels, according to the construction of their inner, individual and subjective world, an ecosystem where the representations of emotions and feelings take place and that, even so, can be a trigger. mental and which will provoke reactions, one of which is possibly inspirational.ComunicaçãoDissertação
