Guardas municipais e os limites atribuidos: a (in) constitucionalidade na atuação investigativa e a nulidade processual

Abstract

Este artigo tem por objetivo esclarecer quais as atribuições da Guarda Municipal, de modo a serem abordados conceitos e competências, observando se a atuação da Guarda não excede os limites impostos pela Constituição Federal e as mutações principalmente, por intermédio da Lei Federal 13.022/14 (Estatuto Geral das Guardas Municipais).

This article aims to clarify the attributions of the Municipal Guard, in order to address concepts and competences, observing whether the Guard's performance does not exceed the limits imposed by the Federal Constitution and the changes mainly, through Federal Law 13.022/14 (General Statute of the Municipal Guards).
