Goergen, PedroDiniz, Rosa Virgínia WanderleyDiniz, Rosa Virgínia Wanderley2023-05-092023-05-092018https://repositorio.uniso.br/handle/uniso/880O redimensionamento das avaliações educacionais, com a adoção das avaliações em larga escala como estratégias de gestão educacional do ensino superior, e o conjunto de fenômenos sociais decorrentes da implantação dessa Política Pública configurou a problemática sobre como o Exame Nacional de Desempenho dos Estudantes (ENADE) é difundido pelos atores sociais envolvidos, dada a profusão de informações, dados e discursos a respeito após treze anos de sua implantação. A pesquisa realizada utilizou-se da Análise do Discurso (AD), de base francesa, como teoria e método para a condução dos trabalhos. Definiu-se como foco o estudo da avaliação governamental sistêmica do ensino superior em vigor, ou seja, o ENADE, desde a sua fase de implantação até o fim de 2017. Bem como, o conceito de mídium, formulado por Régis Debray e apropriado pela AD francesa por Maingueneau, para contemplar a análise de três interlocutores, representando diferentes espaços sociais e variados gêneros, necessariamente textuais. Assim, foram analisados os discursos desde a perspectiva do Poder Público, por meio das normas legais; da perspectiva da mídia impressa, através do Jornal Folha de São Paulo; e dos discursos formulados pelas instituições de ensino superior privadas, a partir da publicação ‘Revista Ensino Superior’, mantida pelo sindicato dos mantenedores. Tudo isso com o objetivo de verificar como se estabelece os discursos a respeito da relação entre o exame ENADE e a ideia de qualidade. Com o início das análises, formularam-se eixos analíticos para desenhar as tendências discursivas, considerando-se a grande quantidade de dados. A hipótese inicial de pesquisa apontava para a existência de polêmica e polissemia discursiva nos interdiscursos desses mídiuns, tendo sido confirmada, ao final, pelos resultados das análises. Entretanto, observada ainda, para além dos interdiscursos, grande turbulência intradiscursiva nas formações discursivas geradas dentro de um mesmo mídium.The redimensioning from educational assessments, with the adoption of the large-scale assessments as strategies of educational management of the higher education, and the range of social phenomena resulting from the implementation of this public politic configured the problematic about how the National Student Proficiency Exam (ENADE), is pervasive by the involved social actors, given the profusion of information, data and speeches regarding after thirteen years of yours implantation. The research was performed using Speech Analysis (SA), French-based, as theory and method for the conduct of work. Defined as focus the study of the systemic government assessment of higher education in effect, in other words, the ENADE from their implantation phase until the end of the 2017. Just as, the concept of mídium, writing by Régis Debray and appropriate by French SA by Maingueneau for contemplate the analyze of three interlocutors, representing different social spaces and various genres, necessarily textuals. Thereby were analyzed the speeches since the perspective of Public Power through the legal norms; from the perspective of the press media, through the newspaper “Folha” of São Paulo; and the speeches made by private higher education institutions, as of the publication ‘Higher Education Magazine’, maintained by the maintainers syndicate. All this with the purpose of verify how it is established the speeches about the relation between the exam ENADE and the quality idea. With the beginning of the analyzes, analytical axes are formulated for draw the discursive tendencies, considering the large amount of data. The initial hypothesis of research points to the existence of controversy and discursive polysemy in the interdiscurse of this mídiuns, have been confirmed, at end, by the results of the analysis.
