A pesquisa buscou observar nas aulas de geografia, a partir das atividades propostas, conversas no/do cotidiano, desenhos, discursos dos/as estudantes, núcleos de resistência e consolidação de representações. consequentemente, a partir da análise dos dados da pesquisa, destacamos a importância da elaboração de práticas pedagógicas pautadas na necessidade de olhar para as diferenças, conhecê-las e discuti-las no cotidiano escolar, como elemento essencial da educação contemporânea.This dissertation based on the area of research of knowledge and School Everyday, set out another reading from the everyday life of the students who study on the Secondary School, from their cultural origins which were originated in the Brazilian Northeastern as a possibility of intervention on the fragmentation of the hegemonic representations and also through the teaching methods of Geography, the reconstruction of these representations with another point of view which amounts less discrimination and much deeper and more experienced ones. The research sought to observe the centers of resistance and the consolidation of the representations during the Geography classes from the activities set out, the chats on/from the everyday life, the drawings and the speeches of the students and as a result, the accurate preparation for the teaching practices based on the need of looking at the differences, of recognizing them and of discussing about them too on the school everyday as an essential element contemporary education.Geografia (Ensino fundamental) - Prática de ensinoEstudantes do ensino fundamental - Sorocaba (SP)Dissertação
