Sucessivamente, as ações planejadas são implementadas e avaliadas constantemente, mediante evolução das respostas do paciente e necessidade de adaptação dos cuidados. Em consonância com o tema contemplado, o objetivo do presente estudo é identificar os principais Diagnósticos de Enfermagem utilizados e aplicados ao paciente acometido por COVID-19. Trata-se de uma revisão integrativa da literatura, onde os artigos foram retirados das bases de dados: LILACS e BDENF. Utilizando a ferramenta PICO, realizamos a construção da pergunta norteadora “Quais foram os principais DE aplicados ao paciente acometidos pela COVID-19?”. Os critérios de inclusão foram: trabalhos que encontramos o texto completo disponível na íntegra, artigos nos idiomas português, inglês e espanhol e aqueles que contemplavam com os objetivos do nosso estudo; e os critérios de exclusão foram: artigos que não responderam aos objetivos do estudo, cujo texto completo não encontrava-se disponível, incluindo teses, livros e dissertações. Como resultado foi possível identificar que os principais DE aplicados ao paciente com COVID-19 foram: Padrão Respiratório Ineficaz, Troca de Gases Prejudicadas, Ventilação Espontânea Prejudicada, Hipertermia e Diarreia. Nas considerações finais encerramos afirmando sobre a importância de um olhar individual ao paciente acometido pela COVID-19 e a correta aplicação dos DE visando a melhora do paciente.The development of the Nursing Process is made up of five interconnected and successive stages that guide therapeutic decisions, the first being investigation, which consists of anamnesis and physical examination of the patient which, through interpretation and clinical correlations, allows the next steps to be carried out. phases: nursing diagnosis, the moment in which the information collected is correlated and constitutes the basis for care planning, including all interventions, team demands and materials necessary for the success of the treatment. Successively, the planned actions are implemented and constantly evaluated, depending on the evolution of the patient's responses and the need to adapt care. In line with the theme covered, the objective of the present study is to identify the main Nursing Diagnoses used and applied to patients affected by COVID-19. This is an integrative literature review, where the articles were taken from the databases: LILACS and BDENF. Using the PICO tool, we created the guiding question “What were the main NDs applied to patients affected by COVID-19?”. The inclusion criteria were: works in which we found the full text available in full, articles in Portuguese, English and Spanish and those that met the objectives of our study; and the exclusion criteria were: articles that did not respond to the objectives of the study, whose full text was not available, including theses, books and dissertations. As a result, it was possible to identify that the main NDs applied to patients with COVID-19 were: Ineffective Breathing Pattern, Impaired Gas Exchange, Impaired Spontaneous Ventilation, Hyperthermia and Diarrhea.
