Barreira, Luiz CarlosFalsarella, Luiz CarlosFalsarella, Luiz Carlos2023-05-092023-05-092004https://repositorio.uniso.br/handle/uniso/210Este trabalho de pesquisa visa analisar as relações estabelecidas entre as duas primeiras gestões da direção com o corpo docente do Grupo Escolar Municipal Noturno da cidade de Sorocaba - SP, voltado ao ensino de jovens e adultos trabalhadores. O recorte temporal foi delimitado entre julho de 1937, data da criação dessa instituição, até fevereiro de 1959, quando finaliza a gestão do segundo diretor. Foram trabalhadas as questões relativas à cultura e forma escolar, analisando o modo como foram administrados os problemas administrativos e pedagógicos durante as relações que cada direção mantinha com o corpo docente, realizando a comparação entre as duas gestões, analisando as semelhanças e diferenças entre as posições de cada diretor na sua respectiva administração. As fontes pesquisadas foram diversas: livros de chamadas, de penalidades, de ponto dos professores, diretores e funcionários, de visitas de inspetores escolares, mas principalmente os livros de atas das reuniões mensais pedagógicas do grupo escolar, estes fomeceram, de forma detalhada, informações valiosas e consistentes sobre a história do grupo escolar e os demais documentos foreceram informações suplementares, auxiliando a sustentação para diversas afirmações colocadas neste texto. Foram consideradas, também, fontes colhidas de entrevistas de sujeitos que fizeram parte do elenco de educadores do grupo escolar, fornecendo informações que, muitas vezes, não puderam ser encontradas nos documentos. Algumas fotos fornecidas ajudaram a compreender como eram mantidas as relações fora das atividades rotineiras, apurando assim a percepção do relacionamento dos sujeitos dentro do espaço da instituição. As investigações realizadas nas fontes forneceram informações para inferir conclusões sobre como foram estabelecidos as relações, no âmbito da instituição, e compreender como essas relações produziram ai uma cultura escolar peculiar no período estudado. O trabalho foi elaborado em quatro capítulos. O primeiro relata como Sorocaba se apresentava no contexto socioeconômico e político, para melhor compreender em que contexto o grupo escolar foi criado e mantido. O segundo capítulo caracteriza o grupo escolar, informando sua trajetória no periodo do recorte temporal de estudo. O terceiro relata a participação do primeiro diretor do grupo escolar. O quarto segue a mesma trajetória do terceiro capítulo, porém relatando a participação do segundo diretor do grupo escolar. Por fim, a conclusão da pesquisa e as considerações finais.This paper aims to analyze the relations established between the two first direction managements with the academic Grupo Escolar Municipal Noturno from the city of Sorocaba, SP, facing to the young and the worker's education. The secular clipping was delimited between July 1937, date of its creation, until February 1959, when it finishes the management of the second director. The relative questions to the culture and pertaining to school form had been worked, analyzing that it forms had been managed the situations caused during the relations that each direction had with the academic, carrying through comparison between the two managements, analyzing the similarities and differences that each director carried through in its administration. The searched sources had been taken from different places: classroom book of registration, penalties, teachers, directors and employees record book, visits of pertaining school overseers, but mainly the act books of the pedagogical monthly meetings of the pertaining school group, which had supplied to valuable and consistent information on history and detailed form of the occurrences of the pertaining school group, however the others documents had supplied supplemental information, assisting the sustentation diverse affirmations placed in the text of the work. Also, sources obtained from interviews of people who had been considered part ofthe cast of educators from the pertaining school group, supplying information that for many times could not have been found in documents. Some photos that had been supplied helped to understand as the formal extra relations were kept, thus selecting the perception of the relationship from people inside of the space of the institution. The inquiries carried through in the sources had supplied information to reach conclusions on as the relations had been established and to understand as these relations had produced a peculiar school culture in that institution in that determined period. The work was elaborated in four chapters. The first one mentioned how Sorocaba was presented in the social, politic and economic context, to understand in which context the school group was created and kept. The second chapter characterizes the school group, informing its trajectory in the period of the secular clipping of study. The third chapter tells the participation of the first director of the school group. The fourth follows the same trajectory of the third chapter, however telling the participation of the second director of the school group.
