Com o objetivo geral de compreender a comunicação interpessoal no âmbito familiar e específicos de explicitar os ruídos que interferem na comunicação entre familiares, bem como demonstrar que a Constelação Familiar pode amenizar tais ruídos, buscamos contribuições no pensamento sistêmico de Bateson e nos conceitos de campo mórfico e ressonância mórfica, dados por Rupert Sheldrake. Também nos apoiamos, nas discussões sobre a comunicação, em Norval Baitello Júnior, entre outros. Para alcançar tais objetivos, apresenta-se um caso clínico, que se vale de bonecos para representar familiares da pessoa que recebe atendimento individual, sendo que a narrativa tem um papel preponderante e, em seguida, analisamos essa mesma sessão considerando os conceitos mencionados. A relevância desta pesquisa está na possibilidade de tratar a comunicação interpessoal, no âmbito familiar, na perspectiva do pensamento sistêmico.The subject of this research is the communication from the systemic thinking perspective, at the confluence of the philosophical thoughts of Bert Hellinger – creator of Family Constellations. With the overall objective of understanding interpersonal communication within the family environment, and specific objectives of explaining noises that interfere with communication among family members, as well as demonstrating how Family Constellations can minimize such noises, we borrow academic contributions from Bateson‟s systemic thinking and Rupert Sheldrake‟s concepts of „morphic field‟ and „morphicresonance‟. We also seek support to our discussion about communication on Norval Baitello Júnior‟s work, among others. In order to achieve these goals, one clinical case is presented, namely the use of dolls to represent family members of the person who is being individually counselled -bearing in mind that the narrative itself plays a key role- so that we can then analyze the development of that session through the aforementioned concepts.
