| dc.description.abstract | Introdução: O teste do pezinho incluso no programa de triagem neonatal, tem como objetivo identificar de forma precoce doenças que não são comuns aos recém-nascidos, para que as crianças tenham o tratamento no tempo certo e da melhor forma. O exame deve ser feito entre o 3º e o 5º dia de vida do neonato. Esse exame é feito através da coleta de sangue do calcanhar do bebê. Objetivo: Identificar as fragilidades da equipe de enfermagem na coleta do exame do pezinho. Metodologia: Realizada revisão de escopo com abordagem qualitativa, utilizando a estratégia PICO para identificar a pergunta norteadora. Para seleção dos artigos foi utilizada a base de dados SCIELO e BVS (Biblioteca Virtual em Saúde), para detectar estudos por meio da BDENF, LILACS e MEDLINE. Descritores utilizados: Triagem neonatal recém-nascido e enfermagem. Sendo escolhidos 6 artigos dentro dessas plataformas que estavam disponíveis em texto completo e língua portuguesa para compor esse estudo. Resultados e Discussão: As fragilidades identificadas estão relacionadas com a qualificação insuficiente dos profissionais. Além disso, foram apontadas queixas quanto à insegurança durante a realização do procedimento, refletindo a necessidade de treinamentos contínuos e maior suporte técnico para assegurar uma execução segura e eficaz do exame do pezinho. | dc.description.abstract | Introduction: The purpose of the heel prick test, which is included in the neonatal screening program, is to identify diseases that are not common to newborns at an early stage, so that the children can be treated at the right time and in the best way. The test should be carried out between the 3rd and 5th day of the newborn's life. The test is carried out by taking blood from the baby's heel. Objective: To identify the weaknesses of the nursing team in collecting the heel prick test. Methodology: A scoping review with a qualitative approach was carried out, using the PICO strategy to identify the guiding question. To select the articles, the SCIELO and BVS (Virtual Health Library) database was used to detect studies through BDENF, LILACS and MEDLINE. Descriptors used: neonatal screening, newborn and nursing. Six articles were chosen from these platforms that were available in full text and in Portuguese to make up this study. Results and Discussion: The weaknesses identified are related to the insufficient qualifications of the professionals. In addition, there were complaints about insecurity during the procedure, reflecting the need for continuous training and greater technical support to ensure safe and effective performance of the heel prick test.
