Percepções do discente no ensino remoto durante o período pandêmico e impactos em sua motivação: um estudo em uma instituição de ensino superior do município de Tatuí/SP

| dc.description.abstract | Essa pesquisa realizada no Programa de Pós-Graduação em Educação (PPGE), da Universidade de Sorocaba (Uniso), inserida dentro da linha de pesquisa Educação Superior, trata das transformações ocorridas a partir do início do ano de 2020, especificamente na educação superior, em razão da pandemia decretada pela Organização Mundial de Saúde (OMS) relacionada ao novo coronavírus, que assolou o Brasil e o mundo, fazendo com que medidas de isolamento social fossem impostas, o que resultou no fechamento das Instituições de Ensino Superior. Nesse contexto, o objetivo geral desse estudo é verificar, pela visão dos estudantes dos cursos de Administração e de Ciências Contábeis de uma Instituição de Ensino Superior localizada no município de Tatuí/SP, como se desenvolveram as aulas remotas durante o momento pandêmico, bem como identificar aspectos que podem ter impactado ou não na motivação desses estudantes. A delimitação do estudo foi realizada por meio de dois critérios: 1) temporal, tendo em vista que a pesquisa abrange o período da crise mundial imposta pela pandemia do novo coronavírus, denominado SARS-CoV-2, causador da infecção respiratória aguda COVID-19; e 2) espacial, sendo que a pesquisa foi aplicada aos estudantes universitários de dois cursos superiores de graduação de uma Instituição de Ensino Superior do interior paulista. Em relação à metodologia, quanto aos objetivos, o estudo foi realizado por meio de pesquisa descritiva e, quanto aos procedimentos, realizou-se uma pesquisa de campo, utilizando-se questionário on-line, aplicado aos discentes de dois cursos superiores da instituição objeto de pesquisa. Como resultado, constatou-se que, frente aos desafios encontrados durante o período pandêmico, 52% dos discentes se mantêm totalmente motivados em assistir e aprender nas aulas remotas e reconhecem que a instituição de ensino se preocupou em oferecer ensino de qualidade, independentemente do método proposto. Um dos pontos que se destaca é a leitura que os alunos desenvolveram quanto aos métodos avaliativos, revelando que 49% dos participantes não se prendem apenas às avaliações habituais e, sim, à avaliação diária, com a participação nas aulas, nos questionamentos e nos debates propostos. Para finalizar, com a condição do ensino remoto no momento pandêmico, docentes, discentes e instituição tiveram de se adaptar a novos métodos de ensino, cuidando ainda mais da motivação dos discentes para os estudos que foram afetados visivelmente depois de várias mudanças advindas do cenário pandêmico, que impôs tantas restrições. | por |
| dc.description.abstract | This research carried out in the Graduate Program in Education (PPGE), at the University of Sorocaba (Uniso), inserted within the Higher Education research line, deals with the changes that occurred from the beginning of 2020, specifically in higher education, due to of the pandemic decreed by the World Health Organization (WHO) related to the new coronavírus, which devastated Brazil and the world, causing social isolation measures to be imposed, which resulted in the closure of Higher Education Institutions. In this context, the general objective of this study is to verify, from the point of view of the students of the Administration and Accounting Sciences courses of a Higher Education Institution located in the municipality of Tatuí/SP, how remote classes were developed during the pandemic moment, as well as to identify aspects that may or may not have impacted the motivation of these students. The delimitation of the study was carried out using two criteria: 1) temporal, given that the research covers the period of the global crisis imposed by the pandemic of the new coronavírus, called SARS-CoV-2, which causes the acute respiratory infection Covid-19; and 2) spatial, and the research was applied to university students from two undergraduate courses at a Higher Education Institution in the interior of São Paulo. Regarding the methodology, regarding the objectives, the study was carried out through descriptive research and, regarding the procedures, a field research was carried out, using an online questionnaire, applied to the students of the mentioned courses of the institution object of search. As a result, it was found that, faced with the challenges encountered during the pandemic period, 52% of students remain fully motivated to attend and learn in remote classes and recognize that the educational institution was concerned with offering quality education, regardless of the method proposed. One of the points that stands out is the reading that the students developed regarding the evaluation methods, revealing that 49% of the participants do not focus only on the usual assessments, but on the daily assessment, with participation in classes, in questioning and in debates proposed. Finally, with the condition of remote teaching in the pandemic moment, teachers, students and institution had to adapt to new teaching methods, taking even more care of students' motivation for studies that were visibly affected after several changes arising from the pandemic scenario, which imposed so many restrictions. | eng |
