| dc.description.abstract | No mundo contemporâneo em que prevalecem as incertezas, buscar caminhos alternativos para fazer o outro falar e ser ouvido, demonstrou ser importante na formação de pessoas, em específico de policiais que irão interagir com pessoas muitas vezes em situações limites. Essa dissertação teve como foco um estudo de caso no cotidiano escolar para a formação de policiais civis. A ACADEPOL, Academia de Polícia Coriolano Nogueira Cobra, que pertence a Polícia Civil de São Paulo, foi o locus de uma experiência educacional utilizando como referência o teatro do oprimido de Augusto Boal em atividades participativas. A presente pesquisa abrangeu os anos de 2005 a 2007, período de elaboração e implantação experimental, por um grupo de professores, de dramatizações de situações do cotidiano do policial civil com enfoque no Direito Administrativo. O estudo de caso foi analisado a partir de dados coletados com professores, alunos, fotos e documentos do processo de criação e implantação das atividades. Utilizou-se de referencial interdisciplinar para entender o processo das encenações. O estudo de caso como um todo mostrou o envolvimento de professores com a necessidade de mudar o cotidiano escolar, a busca de alternativas não convencionais e os resultados nas falas de alunos. Os resultados das avaliações com os alunos envolvidos no teatro na sala de aula apontaram para um reconhecimento positivo, no que refere a aprendizagem, a empatia, interação, e o entendimento do conteúdo de forma interdisciplinar. | por |
| dc.description.abstract | In our contemporary world where uncertainties prevail, seeking alternative ways to make the other say and be heard has been important in people’s professional formation, in specifically that of police officers who will interact with people, many times, in limit situations. This essay has as its focus a study case in a school daily routine for the education of civil police officers. ACADEPOL, Academia de Polícia Coriolano Nogueira Cobra, which belongs to the Civil Police of São Paulo, was the locus of an educational experience using as reference “O Teatro do Oprimido” of Augusto Boal in participative activities. The current research was held from 2005 to 2007, period of elaboration and experimental implantation, by a group of teachers, through the role-play of the police officers’ daily life situations with an emphasis on Administrative Law. The study case was analyzed from the data collected with teachers, students, photos and documents of the process of the creation and implantation of the activities. An interdisciplinary referential was used to understand the acting process. The study case as a whole showed the involvement of the teachers with the need to change the school daily routine, the search of nonconventional alternatives and the results in the students’ speech. The results of the evaluations with the students involved in the drama in the classroom led to a positive acknowledgement, when it comes to learning, empathy, interaction and the understanding of the content by an interdisciplinary way. | eng |
