| dc.description.abstract | A pesquisa trata da atenção atribuída pelos docentes universitários às questões sobre a educação inclusiva no Ensino Superior. Tem-se por objetivo reunir e interpretar a esparsa legislação que rege o tema, praticamente silente na defesa da educação inclusiva e argumentar – como metodologia jurídica – sobre os embates entre os problemas e as limitações do sistema jurídico. Abarca-se o desafio da profissão docente, conhecendo e evidenciando as fronteiras entre a produção do ensino e da pesquisa e a prática educacional no âmbito da educação especial, através de análise das normas vigentes. Busca-se analisar o que muda, ou não, na prática docente, identificando se esses saberes têm contribuído para a prática pedagógica e para o crescimento pessoal/profissional desses professores que trabalham ou trabalharam com alunos de educação especial no Ensino Superior. Assim, nesta dissertação se investiga um dos vários aspectos que envolvem o complexo tema da Inclusão. O respeito às diferenças, nesse caso, estaria colaborando para que a situação política-econômica-social permaneça estável e imutável. | por |
| dc.description.abstract | This research deals with the attention given by the professors to the questions concerning the inclusive education in higher education. It has as objective get together and to interpret the sparse legislation that rules the theme, virtually muted in the defense of inclusive education, and discuss – as legal methodology – about the clashes between the problems and the limitations of the legal system. It Includes the challenge of teaching profession, knowing and showing the boundaries between the production of teaching and of research and practice in education in special education. This also attempts to analyze what changes, or not, in teaching practice, identifying whether such knowledge have contributed to the pedagogical practice and to the personal/professional growth of those professors who worked or have worked with special education students in higher education. So, this dissertation intends to investigate one of the several aspects that include the complex theme of inclusion. Respect for differences, in this case, would be contributing to the economic-socialpolitical situation remain stable and unchangeable. | eng |
