| dc.description.abstract | Com a reforma trabalhista de 2017, regulamentaram-se muitas formas de trabalho precário. Para entender como isso afetou as profissionais mulheres no campo do jornalismo, esta pesquisa partiu da seguinte pergunta norteadora: como as jornalistas entendem seu trabalho a partir da reforma trabalhista de 2017? Sendo assim, como objetivo geral busca-se identificar qual a percepção das jornalistas a respeito do impacto da reforma de 2017 no trabalho delas. Como objetivos específicos propõemse entender como as jornalistas se veem dentro do mercado de trabalho atual, apresentar qual a perspectiva pessoal sobre as mudanças promovidas pela reforma trabalhista e refletir em que medida a questão de gênero interfere no mercado de trabalho do jornalismo. Para atingir os objetivos, partiu-se do entendimento de jornalismo na perspectiva de Cremilda Medina. A autora também forneceu suporte teórico-metodológico para o desenvolvimento da entrevista aberta, estratégia escolhida para coletar, como diria Cicilia Peruzzo, os observáveis, isto é, as informações apresentadas pelas seis jornalistas ouvidas nesta pesquisa. As entrevistas foram registradas na íntegra em um diário de campo. No que concerne ao contexto social, as mudanças históricas das relações de trabalho e as principais alterações promovidas pela reforma trabalhista de 2017 foram retomadas com suporte no paradigma marxista. A partir principalmente, dos estudos de Cristina Bruschini, Sueli Carneiro e bell hooks; são abordados; o histórico das relações de trabalho das mulheres, a partir do século XIX; suas perspectivas femininas em relação ao trabalho; e a importância de um olhar interseccional para perceber os impactos que cada mulher, em sua especificidade, sente em suas relações de trabalho; bem como o conceito de Gênero de Joan Scott. A reflexão sobre o trabalho no campo do jornalismo tem como ponto de partida o binômio comunicação e trabalho de Roseli Fígaro. Ao longo da pesquisa, discorre-se sobre as mudanças no trabalho do jornalista, os impactos da tecnologia na profissão e as consequências das mudanças legislativas no campo, levando em consideração o recorte de gênero. Ao longo das entrevistas e, com base no referencial teórico, entendeu-se que a maioria das mulheres sente a discriminação de gênero no campo do jornalismo, principalmente quanto à presença feminina em cargos de liderança. Por isso, o “teto de vidro” comprova-se, especialmente, na experiência das mulheres pretas. Em relação às mudanças nas relações de trabalho regulamentadas pela reforma trabalhista, concluiu-se que a nova legislação regulamentou práticas que já eram observadas como tendência no mercado de trabalho. | dc.description.abstract | With the 2017 labor reform, many forms of precarious work were regulated. In order to understand how this has affected women professionals in the field of journalism, this research was based on the following guiding question: how do journalists understand their work after the 2017 labor reform? As such, the general objective is to identify how journalists perceive the impact of the 2017 reform on their work. The specific objectives are to understand how journalists see themselves within the current labor market, to present their personal perspective on the changes brought about by the labor reform and to reflect on the extent to which gender interferes in the journalism labor market. In order to achieve these objectives, we started with Cremilda Medina's understanding of journalism. The author also provided theoretical and methodological support for the development of the open-ended interview, the strategy chosen to collect, as Cicilia Peruzzo would say, the observables, i.e. the information presented by the six journalists heard in this research. The interviews were recorded in full in a field diary. With regard to the social context, the historical changes in labor relations and the main changes promoted by the 2017 labor reform were revisited with support from the Marxist paradigm. Based mainly on the studies of Cristina Bruschini, Sueli Carneiro and bell hooks, the history of women's labor relations, from the 19th century onwards, their feminine perspectives in relation to work, and the importance of an intersectional look to understand the impacts that each woman, in her specificity, feels in her labor relations, as well as Joan Scott's concept of Gender, are addressed.
